2. General Information on Data Processing
We generally process our users’ personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website as well as our content and services. The processing of personal data is regularly carried out only with the user’s consent, unless processing is permitted by legal regulations.
3. Provision of the Website and Creation of Log Files
When you visit our website, our hosting provider automatically collects data and information in so-called server log files (including IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser used). This processing is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of the website).

4. Cookies and Consent Management
Our website uses cookies. During your first visit to the website, your consent for the use of non-technically necessary cookies is obtained via a consent tool (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR). Technically necessary cookies are used on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the cookie settings.
We use Complianz, a WordPress plugin installed locally on our server. It stores your choice in necessary cookies with the “cmplz_” prefix for up to 180 days. You can reopen the controls at any time using “Cookie settings” in the website footer. Statistics remain disabled unless you actively agree.
5. Contact Form
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent. Processing is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR, provided that your inquiry is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR), if this was requested.
6. Google Analytics
Subject to your consent via the consent tool, this website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies that enable an analysis of the use of the website. Processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of your consent according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings.
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-ZCTSP25B1K) through Google Tag Manager. Both services load only after you agree to the statistics category. They record page views and technical information about website usage. Contact form contents are not sent to Google; additional automatic form and search tracking and advertising personalization are disabled. According to Google, Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. User-level and event-level retention is two months; aggregated reports may remain available longer. The “_ga” and “_ga_*” analytics cookies are set for no more than 180 days. You can withdraw consent at any time in the cookie settings. Google’s data processing terms have been agreed. 7. Your Rights as a Data Subject
You have the following rights against us regarding the personal data concerning you:

8. Storage Duration
Personal data will only be stored for as long as is necessary for the respective processing purposes, or as far as this is provided for by law (e.g., commercial and tax law retention periods as well as professional retention obligations for attorneys).
9. SSL/TLS Encryption
For security reasons, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://”.
10. Validity and Amendment of this Privacy Policy
This privacy policy is currently valid. Due to the further development of our website or due to changed legal requirements, it may become necessary to change this privacy policy.
11. Google Maps
Google Maps on the contact page is activated only after you select “Load Google map”. This establishes a connection to Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, and transfers your IP address to Google. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Without activation, the embedded map does not connect to Google. You can remove the embedded map using “Close map”. External directions links are subject to Google’s privacy policy when opened.
